The SR-20 sealing process is identical to that used on thousands of RVSI/Systemation taping machines, including high speed systems. A large work surface, with tool caddy, is positioned near the seal area for operator convenience in making repairs.

A reel is loaded onto the input spindle in a manner identical to a typical taping machine. Handles move the tape forward or backward. The tape is guided through the station by precision rails that handle carrier widths from 8 mm to 120 mm.

Foot switch actuation/release of the sealing shoes allows any length of seal to be easily applied.
