TM-8002 LASER MARKING
The EZ Marker Fiber Laser implemented on the TM-8002 System is specifically engineered for marking semi-conductor components in JEDEC trays. Single and dual head versions are available.
The solid state laser source and fiber beam delivery system provide the advantages of low energy consumption and extremely long operating life.
